This site is intended for business customers (B2B). You must be able to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. Quotations, Samples & Orders
Quotations and product availability are subject to confirmation. Minimum order quantities may apply.
Prices are typically exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Currency and payment terms will be specified on the PI/invoice.
An order is binding only after our written confirmation or when we start production/shipment.
For custom products, you warrant that you own or have rights to any artwork or specifications you supply.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Delivery terms follow the agreed Incoterms® (e.g., EXW/FOB/CIF). Risk of loss passes as per Incoterms.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
Please inspect goods upon receipt and notify us in writing of any shortages or damage within 7 days.
5. Returns & Warranty
For manufacturing defects or non-conformity, our liability is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected items after verification.
Returns require our prior authorization (RMA) and must be made within a reasonable time (typically 30 days of delivery).
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, images, designs, trademarks) is owned by ZESENLIN Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or use content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the site, including (without limitation) attempting to breach security, scraping, posting unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with site operations.
